Transition to Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board (RISSB)
Dear ALCAM user
Management of the ALCAM system is being transferred from VicTrack to the Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board (RISSB).
There will be no change to the system or how you access it. You will also receive the same level of support as you do now once the transition is completed.
The transition is expected to occur between 21/05/21 and 18/06/21, over such time the LXM system will remain fully functional, however the services provided by the LXM administrator will not be available. Please contact your local jurisdiction LXM administrator for any inquiries during this time. If you do not know who this is, please contact Anne-Marie Egges (Anne-Marie.Egges@sa.gov.au).
A follow up notice will be displayed once the transition has occurred.
The ALCAM system will continue to be free of charge.
RISSB will ensure that your private information is protected and the integrity of the data is maintained.
